蒜子炒潺菜

材料:
潺菜1斤
蒜頭10粒
薑5片

處理:
潺菜,搣開一塊塊,清水浸洗,洗2次。

烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
2. 爆香薑片及蒜頭。
3. 放潺菜,冚蓋,轉中慢火,焗一焗。
4. 大約焗了1分鐘,轉大火,炒勻,冚蓋煮至軟身。
5. 完成,上碟,可享用。

Syir frying ceylon spinach with garlics

Ingredients:
Ceylon spinach 1 catty
Garlics 10 Nos.
Ginger 5 slices

Preparation:
Ceylon spinach, tear the leaves slice by slice. Rinse with tap water twice.

Steps:
1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Fry ginger and garlics well.
3. Put the spinach. Cover up the wok. Turn to medium~low flame. Leave it for a minute.
4. Turn to high flame a minute later. Fry well. Cover up the wok until the spinach turns soft.
5. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
